Deine Aufgaben:

In dieser Position unterstützt du die Projektleitung in allen Aspekten der Projektplanung und -durchführung. Nach einer umfassenden Einarbeitung wirst du in der Lage sein, eigenverantwortlich Projekte zu betreuen. Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten
  • Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten und Überwachung von Subunternehmern
  • Überwachung von Budget, Zeitplänen und Qualität
  • Koordination aller Projektphasen
  • Technische Ausarbeitung von Projekten
  • Bauleitung und Montageanweisungen im In- und Ausland
Dein Profil:
  • Absolvent eines BWL-Studiums mit Schwerpunkt auf Messe- oder Eventmanagement
  • Ausbildung als Holztechniker oder Schreinermeister (m/w/d)
  • Quereinsteiger aus den Bereichen Bau, Ladenbau oder Innenausbau
  • Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Bauleitung in einer größeren Schreinerei oder bei einem Objekteinrichter
  • Organisationstalent mit unternehmerischem Denken
  • Strukturierte und effiziente Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Reisebereitschaft
