About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Architect and Change Manager to join our Corporate Information Technology - Digital Enabling & Governance department at KAEFER. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our IT systems and driving digital transformation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strategic IT system architecture that supports the global applications of KAEFER, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project teams to provide expert guidance on IT architecture and solution concepts, driving innovation and efficiency.
- Enhance transparency across global back-office applications by maintaining and improving the enterprise architecture solution, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
- Analyze and evaluate Requests for Change for the KAEFER Group, leveraging your expertise as an IT Change Manager to drive successful implementation.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Economics.
- Several years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on IT architecture and change management.
- Excellent knowledge of IT processes (ITIL) and IT systems, with a strong understanding of SAP.
- Proficient in English, with strong communication and intercultural skills.
- Ability to work in a structured and target-oriented manner, with a strong team player attitude.
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10% of the time).
