Position: Educational or Therapeutic Specialist (m|w|d) for Day Care Facility

The Glückstädter Werkstätten provide diverse training, assistance, and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities, along with supported living arrangements and daily life support.

We are in search of an educational or therapeutic specialist (m|w|d) to become a part of our dedicated team at the day care facility.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Designing and executing personalized programs for clients
  • Developing and assessing pertinent documentation
  • Engaging with funding organizations, legal representatives, and external therapists
  • Formulating individual participation strategies with clients
Your Qualifications:
  • Completed training in education or therapy, such as a teacher, special education instructor, occupational therapist, or social educator
  • Experience in supporting individuals with special needs and those on the autism spectrum
  • A collaborative team member with a flexible, organized, and client-focused mindset
