Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination and business analysis with a focus on data warehousing in personal insurance, particularly regarding strategic project topics.
- Develop solution strategies for the strategic advancement of the personal data warehouse in collaboration with domain architects and IT colleagues.
- Act in a consultative capacity - provide expert support to stakeholders and users while collaborating with an interdisciplinary, agile team on complex projects.
- Enhance the conceptual development of the personal data warehouse (DSS), including quality assurance measures.
Profile / Requirements
- Successful completion of a degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Natural Sciences.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, decisiveness, and a proactive, forward-thinking work approach.
- Solid IT knowledge.
- Initial experience in project work.
- Expertise in life insurance and/or health insurance.
