We are seeking a skilled Büroraumplaner, Architekt to join our team at Sodexo, a leading provider of technical building equipment and facility management services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and updating technical plans, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Develop and maintain technical plans, including building and equipment layouts, in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with our facilities team to ensure accurate and up-to-date plans.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and update plans as needed.
• Prepare and maintain fire safety and emergency evacuation plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagrams and specifications.
• Provide technical support to our facilities team and other stakeholders.

• Relevant education and training in a field such as architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in technical planning and drafting, preferably in a facility management or technical services environment.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other technical tools.
