Resident Advisor

Position: Resident Advisor at Pro Seniore Residenz Bibertal

• Engage with potential residents through proactive outreach and maintain strong relationships with key influencers.
• Provide prompt and knowledgeable responses to inquiries from prospective residents, guiding them through the various services available at our facility.
• Facilitate the preparation of residency agreements and oversee our client management system.
• Assist prospective residents throughout their transition into the residence, while nurturing relationships with residents, their families, and care providers.
• Organize and execute community events and networking opportunities.
• Work in tandem with the Central Marketing team to formulate marketing initiatives and generate content for digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Passion for field engagement and advising potential residents on the advantages of residing in our facility.
• Solid understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication abilities, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and possess a valid driver's license.
