We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team at Quip AG in Heinsberg, Germany. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the receipt and dispatch of goods
  • Record all inventory movements
  • Verify delivery notes, code numbers, and transportation documents
  • Oversee warehouse operations
  • Ensure the integrity and proper storage of goods in the warehouse
  • Prepare documents required for goods transportation
  • Compile inventory lists
  • Monitor inventory replenishment activities
Requirements
  • Completed training as a Logistics Specialist or equivalent qualification, with several years of experience in the field
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse organization, goods receipt, goods issue, stock control, and inventory management
  • Team player, reliable, and able to work under pressure
  • Hold a forklift operator's license
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
