We are seeking two apprentices for the position of Production Technologist (m/w/d) to join our team in Gera. As a Production Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting production teams in planning and executing production processes, ensuring the availability of required materials, and collaborating with suppliers.

• Support production teams in planning and executing production processes
• Ensure the availability of required materials
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Design, implement, and monitor production processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Support process changes and provide guidance to production staff
• Plan and coordinate production activities

• Relevant secondary education or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of English
• Technical understanding and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
