About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD/CS Consultant to join our Application Management team at Corporate Business Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients in the areas of SAP SD and CS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD and CS in our Application & Support Team
  • Act as a Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC) for client requests and be responsible for resolving issues
  • Implement new SAP functionalities, implement small requests, customize and adapt to legislative changes
  • Extend SAP standards on a project basis (Reports, Add-ons, Userexits, BADIs, etc.)
  • Participate in S/4 Transformations Projects for clients in our AMS (Application Management Services) segment
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in IT-side support of sales or service processes (SAP SD or CS) including customization
  • Knowledge in at least one adjacent module (FI, CO, MM, WM/EWM, PP, PS, QM, PM)
  • Familiarity with sales and logistics topics or service processing
  • First experience in coordinating smaller SAP projects and enthusiasm for (ITIL-) support processes at the 3rd level
  • Experience in debugging and ideally knowledge of SAP programming ABAP and interface technology (e.g. SAP ALE / IDocs, EDI, etc.)
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Interest in in-house and remote work with willingness to travel occasionally
