We are seeking a motivated and organized working student to join our Digital Transformation Office. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to our company's digital initiatives.
The Role and Your Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the optimization of digital processes and contributing to innovative solutions
- Coordinating and supporting projects, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals
- Developing and executing change management activities to support our digital transformation efforts
- Serving as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Supporting the tracking of project progress, creating status reports, and providing updates to stakeholders
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of our SharePoint communication site to enhance internal communications
- Providing training sessions for colleagues on new digital tools and processes
Your Profile
We are looking for a student with a strong academic background and excellent organizational skills. You should be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a team environment and have a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
