Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in digital product development, leveraging agile methodologies and strategic project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead complex multiscreen projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and team members.
- Resource Planning: Plan and manage project resources, including personnel and vendors, to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
- Customer Advisory: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX, user research, information architecture, software development, DevOps, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a digital agency, startup, or innovative environment, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital product development, including native and cross-platform apps.
- Agile Methodologies: Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies and proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
