Position Overview
We are currently looking for a dedicated Textile Printer to enhance our production team in Berlin. This role offers a flexible work schedule ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Operate advanced digital printing machines, CNC milling equipment, and cutting plotters while executing print orders using pneumatic transfer presses.
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Guarantee production meets quality standards, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Manage order picking and packaging of printed products efficiently.
- Continuously seek improvements in printing and production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
- Completed vocational training or extensive experience in textile printing, screen printing, or related fields.
- Familiarity with textile finishing techniques and various printing materials.
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
- Strong reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficient communication skills in German.
