Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Wolsdorff Tobacco GmbH as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, operating cash registers, and offering advice on various products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Promote products, maintain visual merchandising displays, and ensure that all products are properly stocked and facing.
  • Operational Tasks: Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous sales or retail experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in German.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early shift, late shift, day shift, and weekend work.
