Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Projektmanager, der sich auf die Koordination und Organisation von IT-Projekten spezialisiert hat. Als Teil unseres Teams am Standort Osnabrück/Köln wirst du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und Überwachung von IT-Projekten übernehmen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Koordination und Organisation von IT-Projekten
  • Planung und Überwachung von IT-Projekten
  • Erstellung von Reports und Analysen zur Verbesserung des Support-Prozesses
  • Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Systeme
  • Aufrechterhaltung von IT-Dokumentationen und -Verfahren
Anforderungen
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Kundensupport oder ähnlichen Tätigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und CRM-Systemen
  • Erfahrung in der IT-Projektkoordination
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden
