Principal Consultant: Digital Retail Transformation in Energy

E.ON Inhouse Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Principal Consultant with a focus on Digital Retail Transformation to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the energy transition within E.ON's digital retail business segment.

As a Principal Consultant, you will:

  • Analyze complex issues within the energy sector and develop strategic solutions for energy retail operations.
  • Lead and manage critical projects to achieve exceptional results and high customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the field.
  • Contribute to the development of internal expertise and accelerate thought leadership within E.ON Inhouse Consulting.
  • Lead international teams and foster talent development initiatives.
  • Represent E.ON Inhouse Consulting in external matters, supporting marketing, recruitment, and training efforts.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • An outstanding university degree in a relevant field such as business administration, engineering, or computer science.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; fluency in German is highly advantageous.
  • Proven experience in project management and digital business transformation within the energy sector.
  • In-depth expertise in digital sales channels and emerging technologies relevant to the energy industry.
  • Outstanding leadership abilities and a passion for talent development.
