Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and strategically implement our PharmaGuard program at our Südpack Medica AG location in Ochsenhausen, near Ulm. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing the PharmaGuard program, as well as steering related projects within the Südpack Group
- Ensuring quality standards for the PharmaGuard program and establishing GMP processes and framework conditions
- Leading interdisciplinary teams and project leaders within the matrix organization
- Closely collaborating with defined departments within the BU Medica and the Südpack Group matrix organization to ensure the program is completed on time and within budget
- Serving as the first point of contact and guarantee for the presentation and communication of the program to customers, the market, and other interest groups
- Active risk management, identifying potential problems, and finding timely solutions
- Reporting to management on the program's progress and providing recommendations for improvements or necessary adjustments (processes, organization, environment)
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Business Administration or a comparable field
- At least 7 years of experience in a leadership position within a matrix organization (ideally in program management) in the healthcare, medical technology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or a comparable regulated environment
- Proven expertise in complex change management processes and excellent GMP knowledge
- A strong understanding of the market and customer needs, as well as excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience working with international teams, with strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills to develop individual employees
- Excellent German and English language skills, with a second foreign language (e.g., French) being an asset
- International travel requirements (approximately 30%)
