Dreher (m/w/d) Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Dreher (m/w/d) to join our team at an international customer service company in the automotive industry in Bielefeld. The successful candidate will work in a full-time position and be responsible for various tasks related to machining and production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machining and Production: Set up and operate conventional turning machines, prepare and install tools according to plan, and perform maintenance and repair tasks on tools and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Conduct quality checks and inspections on machined parts and tools to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth production processes and meet customer demands.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in the development of new tools and equipment, and contribute to the improvement of existing processes.


Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Completed training as a Dreher (m/w/d) or Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d), or equivalent qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with turning machines, technical understanding, and hand-on skills.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
