Wir suchen eine/n Assistant Store Manager*in für unseren Store im KaDeWe in Berlin.
Lakrids by Bülow ist eine der einzigartigsten Marken Skandinaviens, die Gourmet Lakritz Spezialitäten aus der eigenen Produktion herstellt.
Als Assistant Store Manager*in bist du gemeinsam mit Deinem/Deiner Store Manager*in für die erfolgreiche Führung des Stores verantwortlich.
Stellenanforderungen- Du bist Markenbotschafter*in und begeisterst unsere Kund*innen von unseren einzigartigen Produkten.
- Du motivierst und führst Du das gesamte Team, indem Du als Role Model voran gehst und andere inspirierst Dir zu folgen.
- Du kennst die Retail-KPIs Deines Stores und kennst die richtigen Stellschrauben, um diese positiv zu beeinflussen.
- Leadership ist für Dich Teamsport: Du sorgst gemeinsam mit dem/der Store Manager*in dafür, dass jeder auf der richtigen Position spielt und siehst es als Deine Aufgabe an, Dein Team durch Feedback und Training stärker zu machen.
- Du arbeitest zudem strukturiert und effizient, denn Stock Management, Inventuren und Warenbeschaffungsprozesse gehören ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- Du kennst unsere Store Standards (Visual Merchandising etc.) und sorgst gemeinsam mit Deinem Team für eine best in class Umsetzung.
- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im Premium- und Lifestylesegment oder Branchen mit hoher Serviceorientierung gesammelt.
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams mit oder hast erste Erfahrung mit vergleichbaren Aufgaben in Deiner vorherigen Rolle übernommen.
- Mit Deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeit bietest Du ein exzellentes Einkaufserlebnis und inspirierst Dein Team dazu es Dir gleich zu tun.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und behältst auch bei unvorhergesehenen Situationen den Überblick.
- Bei Dir ist das Glas immer halbvoll und Du konzentrierst Dich zu erst auf die Lösung und die Dinge, die Du selbst in der Hand hast.
- Du verfügst über exzellente Deutschkenntnisse.
