We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Video Producer to join our Brand & Design Department at Lilium. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all video and photo projects, from small-scale in-house productions to high-budget commercial shoots.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate all stages of pre- and post-production for video and photo projects.
- Work closely with the Brand & Design Team to develop new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.
- Create briefings, visual concepts, and workflows for suppliers, ensuring alignment with Lilium's brand requirements.
- Scout and hire supplying partners, including freelancers, agencies, and production companies, to meet Lilium's standards and budget constraints.
- Design and pitch creative solutions, shape the creative vision, and communicate ideas to team members and superiors.
- Manage a growing asset library by indexing and tagging content in an organized and accessible manner.
- Proven experience in a similar role combining creative direction, videography, and photography.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in video and photo production techniques, including lighting, sound recording, editing, and grading.
- Ability to create compelling visual concepts and effectively convey creative ideas.
- Strong organizational skills for managing asset libraries and maintaining project documentation.
- Hands-on experience with production and editing software.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of current trends in video and photo production.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements.
