We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an IT Project Manager. As a key member of our Demand Management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and documenting standard and emergency changes in the IT department.

• Develop and implement ITIL-based change management processes and procedures
• Coordinate and document standard and emergency changes in the IT department
• Prepare and publish information about upcoming changes to stakeholders
• Support the Demand Management team in the collection and evaluation of project ideas from various departments and clinics
• Advise on existing solutions, potential developments, and contribute to the development of the Leistungskatalog
• Oversee the development of the Leistungskatalog and optimize processes in Demand Management

• Relevant degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the IT field
• Basic knowledge of ITIL change management and IT architecture
• Proven experience in project and process management, as well as change management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Fluency in German and English
