Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inhouse Consultant SAP FI/CO to join our IT department at our Herne location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SAP FI/CO modules, with a focus on controlling.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAP FI/CO Module Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our SAP ERP and SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud systems, with a focus on controlling.
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with international and central departments to develop and implement accounting and controlling processes.
  • Solution Development: Design and implement solutions for SAP rollouts and continuous optimization of existing implementations.
  • Customizing and Configuration: Adapt and configure SAP CO using customizing.
  • Interface Development: Establish interfaces with relevant SAP modules, such as SAP-SD, SAP-PP, etc.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct complex analysis and create solution concepts.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with adjacent departments and key users.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of customizing for corrections, changes, and projects.
  • Training and Support: Organize and conduct SAP user training and testing with key users and departments.
  • Project Management: Support company-wide projects in the SAP area.
  • External Consultant Management: Manage external consultants on projects.
  • Problem Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP CO modules.
  • Experience: Several years of experience in project or consulting roles in the SAP finance and controlling area.
  • Business Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of business processes.
  • SAP Customizing: Proficiency in SAP customizing.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills.
