Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of hardware and software, along with regular updates and maintenance of server and client systems
- Administration and technical support for a Microsoft-based IT environment
- Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of IT services
- Providing first-level support for on-site users
- Maintaining and supporting the ERP system and its associated interfaces
- Developing IT security strategies and enhancing the IT infrastructure
- Assisting with the management of the telephone system and telecommunications devices
Candidate Profile
- Relevant training in IT or equivalent qualifications with several years of professional experience
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Exchange, and Office, including macro development and Windows client management
- Experience in database management (MySQL, MS SQL Server) and data warehousing
- Proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-oriented mindset
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
