Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled (Senior) Project Finance Manager (m/f/d) for International Markets to enhance our Project Finance and Sales team. This role is pivotal in supporting our energy transition efforts, collaborating closely with our expanding business development teams across various countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate financing (both debt and equity) with financial institutions and investors for wind, solar, and battery storage initiatives.
  • Identify and engage potential clients for our projects, negotiating and finalizing agreements.
  • Develop business opportunities, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and partnerships.
  • Assist in project development activities and support the structuring of wind and solar project portfolios.
  • Contribute to bidding processes, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • Collaborate within interdisciplinary and international teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in structured finance or mergers and acquisitions.
  • Experience in structuring and negotiating financing and sales contracts.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (German, Hungarian, Greek, Polish) is advantageous.
  • Experience with renewable energy projects is preferred.
  • A proactive mindset with strong negotiation capabilities.
