Our operations extend to specialized structural engineering, the production and distribution of premium bulk materials, and the proficient management of diverse earth materials through an extensive network of landfills and quarries. With a dedicated workforce exceeding 300 professionals, we are a trusted partner in the new federal states, equipped with substantial expertise and resources for effective project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing construction sites with a focus on structural and reinforced concrete projects.
- Coordinating personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractor logistics while ensuring compliance with technical specifications and timelines.
- Acting as the primary liaison on-site for subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supporting project billing processes and maintaining cost oversight.
- Independently preparing regular reports on construction site progress.
- Organizing and directing assigned workers, including performance evaluations.
Required Qualifications:
- Completed technical apprenticeship in construction, with further qualifications as a construction site supervisor or certified foreman, or a master's degree in construction.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure construction, particularly in structural engineering.
- Valid SIVV certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong leadership capabilities, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
- Mandatory possession of a Class B driver's license.
