Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing a station, preparing and plating dishes, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a station in our kitchen, ensuring efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare and plate dishes to the highest standards, using fresh and wholesome ingredients.
  • Identify and implement healthy and sustainable nutrition practices in our kitchen.
  • Execute assigned tasks and goals, prioritizing quality and control of work processes.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP guidelines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Qualifications
  • Possess a passion for the culinary arts and a commitment to excellence.
  • Have completed professional training in culinary arts or a related field.
  • Have experience in upscale cuisine and a strong understanding of food preparation and presentation.
  • Be able to maintain a neat and clean appearance, with a focus on personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Have strong organizational skills and a dedication to meeting deadlines and goals.
  • Be creative and accountable, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
