Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektmanager, der unsere Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Datenzentren-Projekten unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Projektteams sind Sie für die Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Qualität verantwortlich.

Aufgaben
  • Beratung von Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Datenzentren-Projekten
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheit und Qualität gemäß den relevanten Richtlinien und Verfahren
  • Überwachung des Fortschritts bei CSA/M&E-Aktivitäten
  • Beteiligung an Design-Reviews und Entwicklung von Strategien zur Erreichung der Projektmeilensteine
  • Durchführung von Meetings, Erstellung von Fortschrittsberichten und Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
  • Kontrolle des Projektumfangs und dessen Auswirkungen auf Budget und Zeitplan
  • Identifikation von Risiken und Entwicklung von Gegenmaßnahmen
Qualifikationen
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Architektur oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • 7-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in der Projektsteuerung komplexer Hochbauprojekte, vorzugsweise im Data Centre-Sektor
  • Fachkenntnisse in MEP- oder CSA-Disziplinen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Erfolgreiche Führung von mehreren umfangreichen High-Tech-Bauprojekten
