Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Als Teil des globalen Supply Chain Management Teams sind Sie (Teil-)Projektleiter für die Implementierung und den Rollout von SAP IBP für Demand Planning, um TENTE zukunftsorientiert aufzustellen
  • Sie gestalten unsere Planungsprozesse systemseitig, entwickeln globale Sales and Operations Planning-Strukturen (S&OP), erstellen Problemlösungs- und Optimierungskonzepte und setzen diese international um
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und Tochtergesellschaften modellieren Sie Bedarfsprognosen und passen das Integrated Business Planning-System (IBP) bedarfsorientiert an
  • Sie betreuen die Implementierung und führen Workshops sowie Schulungen mit funktionsübergreifenden Kollegen durch
  • Zusätzlich unterstützen Sie auch bereichsübergreifende SCM-Projekte im Rahmen der End-to-End Supply Chain, einschließlich der Weiterentwicklung globaler Produktionsstandorte und der Entwicklung von Verlagerungsstrategien sowie Prozessoptimierungen

Ihr Profil:
  • Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Supply Chain Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in SAP IBP Demand Planning und der Modellierung von Bedarfsprognosen sowie Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und deren Abbildung in SAP S4/Hana
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute interkulturelle Kompetenzen und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
