Tax Consultant / Advisor for Corporate Taxation (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage national and international clients in tax planning and structuring.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all tax-related inquiries.
  • Oversee the review of annual financial statements.
  • Take charge of preparing tax returns.
  • Draft tax opinions and assessments.
  • Design and evaluate tax structuring options, including M&A transactions, transformations, and financing.
Your Profile
  • To become a Tax Consultant / Advisor (m/f/d) in Corporate Tax, you should possess a degree in business or law.
  • You have successfully passed the tax advisor examination.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience is essential.
