Quality Assurance Officer in Healthcare

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the implementation of the organization's quality policies within the nursing sector. Your role will involve close collaboration with both nursing and facility management to ensure that quality targets are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with nursing management to achieve quality target agreements.
- Support and advise facility management in the pursuit of quality objectives.
- Measure, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Facilitate and provide professional support for quality circles.
- Select and implement appropriate tools and processes for quality enhancement and assurance.
- Participate in quality inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Compile and maintain the quality management manual, ensuring it is up-to-date.
- Regularly inform stakeholders about developments in quality management.
- Prepare for management reviews by providing processed data and reports.
- Compile monthly and annual quality reports to assess progress.

Qualifications:
- Completed training as a registered nursing professional.
- Authorization to use the titles QMB and Auditor.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in elderly care or social and healthcare.
- Further education or training in quality management is advantageous.
- Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Strong facilitation skills for group processes.
- Ability to convey knowledge effectively to others.
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a networked approach.
- Excellent judgment, verbal communication, and persuasive abilities.
