About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automotive Consultant to join our team at Vector Consulting Services. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for advising top companies in the automotive and related industries on product development, technology change, and transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will lead project teams with customer and Vector employees to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • You will analyze processes, projects, and products to develop concepts for improvement and implement them on site with our customers.
  • You will coach companies on topics such as cybersecurity, tools, and methods, ASPICE, agile, and digital transformation, connectivity, etc.

Your Profile

  • You have completed your studies in engineering or science with above-average success.
  • You have several years of professional experience in automotive product development.
  • You have practical experience and sound methodological knowledge.
  • You are fast in analyzing complex technology topics and continuously improve your technology competences.
  • You bring entrepreneurial competences necessary to establish sustainable business.
  • You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, strong communication abilities, a confident demeanor, and very good English language skills.
