Job Title: Project Leader for Hospital Architecture

Mühlenkreiskliniken is seeking skilled architects to take on the role of project leaders for our upcoming hospital architecture initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee one of the new hospital architecture projects
• Assist in the planning and execution of the projects
• Facilitate user consultations and document the results
• Collaborate with regulatory authorities and manage tender processes
• Engage in cost management and quality assurance
• Organize planning and construction meetings
• Advocate for the client's interests
• Authorize invoices and negotiate with various stakeholders
• Draft contracts
• Support the Project Manager in various tasks

Your Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Experience in hospital architecture projects
• Familiarity with construction regulations
• Knowledge of public tender processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Possession of a valid driver's license
