Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated working student who is proactive and enthusiastic about user experience to assist in shaping the future of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Following comprehensive on-the-job training, you will collaborate with our international team of technical writers and UX designers in the following areas:
- Developing, revising, and evaluating software documentation and tutorials
- Producing various media content, including graphics, videos, blogs, and social media updates
- Evaluating AI tools and their applications in content development
- Gathering and applying feedback to enhance our help content
- Assisting in production workflows within the content management system (CMS)
- Conducting user research initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences, preferably in Technical Communication, Linguistics, Humanities, Media Computer Science, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably familiar with content management systems, XML/DITA, Markdown, or graphic design tools.
- A keen interest in software engineering and programming.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Reliable, organized, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Our team collaborates closely with development teams to create software documentation, support channels, UI text, and UX design.
