Your Contributions:

  • As a member of the Leadership Development & Digital Learning team, you will play a vital role in the operational execution of modern training initiatives for employees and leaders, engaging regularly with managers and HR professionals.
  • You will assist in expanding our E-Learning library.
  • Your involvement will include collaborating on the development of digital learning pathways.
  • Responsibilities will also encompass the creation of reports, as well as the administration and management of all relevant activities within our Learning Management System.
  • Additionally, you will be integrated into our ongoing global projects, providing support through conceptual work, research, or the preparation of presentation materials.
  • Immerse yourself in practical experiences and enhance your theoretical knowledge with real-world applications – during the semester, you can work up to 20 hours per week, and during breaks, full-time hours (up to 37.5 hours per week) can be arranged.

Your Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in (Business) Psychology, (Business) Education, Business Administration, or Social Sciences.
  • Preferably, you have gained initial practical experience through student assistant roles or internships.
  • Proficient in standard MS Office applications, with a strong affinity for IT systems and software.
  • Quick learner with a structured, precise, and independent working style.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • A valid student enrollment certificate for the entire duration of the position.
