**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at SSP Group. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Supervise a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
  • Manage cash handling and point-of-sale systems, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
