About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Java and Spring Boot software developer to join our team at Media Applications SE. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance microservices using Java and modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Spring Cloud.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, DevOps, and Product Management, to ensure software design and architecture meet modern engineering principles and company guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies, attending conferences and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Enjoy excellent working conditions, including flexible hardware choices, professional tools like IntelliJ IDEA, and a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
- Hold a technical degree or equivalent experience in software development.
- Have excellent knowledge of Java and Spring Boot, with a strong understanding of software design patterns and principles.
- Be proficient in modern DevOps technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Istio, and have experience with cloud-native architectures like microservices.
- Have practical experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Be fluent in English and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
