Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for operating the Delos Cloud IT Service Management tool, supporting our IT and business processes.
  • You will collaborate with process owners and key users to map their processes in the tool and configure the appropriate features and functions.
  • You will work across functions with the teams to identify additional requirements and opportunities to extend the use of the ITSM tool capabilities.
  • As the service owner ITSM, you will control the necessary services for your service, which may affect both technical operating and consulting services.
  • You will train and support team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge of the tool and its functions.
  • You will be the first point of contact for the ITSM tool, the billing and licensing model, and you will monitor the incurred and predicted costs and ensure intercompany billing.
  • You will be in contact with the manufacturer to add the latest developments and functions to the roadmap, if this fits into our tool and ITSM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ITSM consulting or operations or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex process-related issues.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio or Lucidchart.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent German and English language skills.
