Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team at GEBHARDT Fördertechnik GmbH. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement transfer pricing solutions and negotiate transfer pricing agreements
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing documentation
- Support local subsidiaries in preparing transfer pricing documentation for foreign jurisdictions
- Monitor and analyze transfer pricing methodologies, analyze data from related foreign subsidiaries, and prepare and reconcile controlling data in collaboration with other departments
- Evaluate calculation bases and prepare deviation analyses as part of project controlling to ensure compliance with transfer prices
- Continuously improve existing process flows in the transfer pricing area, maintain and care for the corresponding IT solutions
- Participate in budget planning at the level of individual companies and the group
- Participate in monthly and annual financial statements and all external audits, accompany tax audits in transfer pricing matters
- Proactively monitor legislative procedures and tax law developments in Germany and abroad and derive measures within the scope of the aforementioned responsibility
- Completed studies in finance or business administration or a comparable qualification; successfully completed training as a tax clerk or tax accountant is desirable
- Several years of experience in the field of transfer pricing (in international plant engineering) is desirable
- Sound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Enjoy working with complex IT systems and intense engagement with the underlying data structures
- Engagement, analytical and conceptual skills, strategic thinking and working style
- High problem-solving competence and enthusiasm for flexible and dynamic topics
- Excellent communication skills and team ability
- Good English skills are an advantage
