Intermediate Python Backend Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic team. This role can be performed remotely or from our office in Munich.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the backend team to enhance and optimize our service orchestration system.

  • Focus on creating a scalable backend architecture that supports continuous improvement through the adoption of new technologies.

Technology Stack Overview

  • Frontend: CSS (SCSS/LESS), JavaScript, Webpack, ES6, NPM
  • Backend: PHP 7.4, Python 2/3, Twisted, Node.js
  • Hosting: Self-hosted infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker
  • Continuous Integration: Jenkins/GitLab
  • Version Control: Git, Bitbucket/GitLab

Qualifications

Technical Expertise

  • Several years of hands-on experience in Python development, particularly with Python 3.
  • Familiarity with asyncio is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles.
  • Experience working in both Windows Server and Linux environments.
  • Prior exposure to hosting environments is advantageous.
