• Engage customers with your knowledge and passion for flowers
• Maintain our flower displays and ensure a visually appealing sales presentation
• Support with maintaining order and cleanliness of our sales floor
• Participate in sales promotions and initiatives

• A completed education (e.g., retail sales associate, florist, or equivalent) is an asset; we also welcome career changers
• Passion for flowers and/or the green industry
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Friendly and communicative demeanor
• Experience in sales or the green industry is a plus, but not required
• A personal vehicle (public transportation to the store at 2:00 AM is not available)
