About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Assistant to join our team at CBT - Caritas- Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
