Current Opportunity:
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer (m/w/d) to enhance our software development team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model. Your Future Responsibilities:
- Engage in agile software development to support project objectives with a dynamic, customer-focused approach.
- Oversee and manage external partners in software development.
- Implement and integrate new software with existing systems.
- Develop web and desktop applications of various types.
- Take on DevOps responsibilities.

Your Qualifications:
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field, or equivalent qualifications in application development.
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in digitalization, technology development, or as a Software Engineer is preferred.
- Proficiency in various programming languages and frameworks such as PHP, JavaScript, C#, React, or similar skills.
- Strong communication skills to articulate analytical and competency-based project requirements.
- Residing near the operational headquarters to facilitate regular team interactions.

Language Proficiency:
- Excellent command of German (minimum C1 level) and English, both written and spoken.
