Aareal Bank AG is seeking a meticulous Payroll Coordinator to enhance our dedicated team. In this position, you will be responsible for various payroll and time management functions, addressing ongoing personnel matters and processes associated with employee onboarding, transitions, and separations.
- Monthly payroll preparation utilizing SAP HR software
- Communication with regulatory bodies, social security agencies, and health insurance providers
- Creation of reports and provision of tax and social security evaluations
- Qualifications: Completion of a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in tax assistance or office management. Relevant experience in administrative functions is essential. Proficiency in SAP HR and MS Office is required. A solid command of English is necessary.
- Preferred: Additional education in HR management or equivalent experience in personnel administration.
