Company Secretary in AIFM - Your Role

Austin Bright is seeking a highly skilled Company Secretary to join its team in the financial services sector. As a key member of the legal and administrative department, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and coordinate corporate documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Handle bank account openings and manage corporate filings with the Luxembourg Business Register.
  • Organize board meetings and prepare necessary documentation, including board packs and minutes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, lawyers, and banks.
  • Support compliance and facilitate AML/KYC processes by preparing relevant documents.
  • Manage corporate databases and maintain accurate records.

Company Secretary in AIFM - Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with 3 to 5 years of experience in alternative fund management, preferably within an asset manager or a ManCo. You should be fluent in English and have proficiency in French or Italian.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented and self-sufficient with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a strong attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in law.
