Mission:
Oversee the industrialization of new projects from assembly synoptic to production initiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and validate the alignment between product design and assembly processes.
- Assess environmental considerations while developing and implementing new processes.
- Formulate the manufacturing synopsis.
- Introduce and execute a Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (P-FMEA).
- Establish the assembly line while adhering to necessary criteria and generating related documentation.
- Develop specifications for the assembly line in line with project goals and P-FMEA.
- Validate planning for assembly equipment and cycle times.
- Ensure investment validation and budget compliance for the assembly line.
- Analyze various performance indicators (scrap rates, Overall Equipment Effectiveness, efficiency) and implement a monitoring strategy.
- Manage final acceptance in collaboration with the factory team.
- Lead and participate in the installation of new production means on-site, coordinating with relevant departments (Project, Plant Engineering, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Launch Team, etc.).
- Conclude the Internal Process Acceptance phase through the documentation process.
What We Seek:
- A qualified technician or Bachelor of Engineering with relevant experience in a similar role linked to production equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to propose solutions under pressure.
- A collaborative team player with assertiveness, responsibility, and autonomy.
- Willingness to travel to client and production sites.
- Proficient in English and German, along with strong MS Office skills.
- Travel readiness is a plus.
