We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sortation Associate to join our Amazon Logistics Centre in Kempen. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sorting parcels and packages with precision and efficiency
  • Lifting and carrying products up to 15kg in weight
  • Working with forklifts to move products around the warehouse
  • Providing pre-sorted pallets for delivery
  • Using hand-held scanners to track inventory and manage workflow

Requirements:

  • No previous logistics experience required, but past experience as a warehouse worker, storekeeper, picker, packer, logistic agent, or sorting agent is an advantage
  • Previous work experience in manufacturing, retail, distribution, trade, catering, sales, or food industry is also beneficial
  • Motivation and willingness to conduct manual work
  • Availability to work in shifts and/or extra hours
  • German and/or English speaking skills
