About the Urology Department

The Urology department at AGAPLESION is a state-of-the-art facility with 32 beds, led by Dr. Heiko Postrach, a renowned urologist and surgeon. Our team offers a wide range of services, including endoscopic operations, photodynamic diagnostics, and laparoscopic surgeries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform urological procedures with independence and expertise
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients before, during, and after surgical interventions
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and ward rounds
  • Support the training of assistant physicians and medical students
  • Contribute to the development of the department and implementation of new treatment methods

Requirements

  • Completed specialization in urology
  • Knowledge of radiation protection
  • Several years of experience as a senior physician in a urological clinic
  • High level of professional competence and passion for urology
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and engage in ongoing professional development
