About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in Eschborn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct litigation cases, including court proceedings and arbitration
• Support and advise on international and national restructuring projects
• Handle commercial law matters, including contract negotiations and disputes
• Develop and implement corporate governance structures and capital transactions
• Acquire and dispose of companies and stakes

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in English language
• Excellent communication and team skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
