We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse or Nursing Specialist to join our team at akut Medizinische Personallogistik GmbH. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care by implementing therapeutic care measures and ensuring the well-being of our young patients.
- Plan, coordinate, and document care interventions with precision and attention to detail.
- Provide empathetic counseling and guidance to families to support them in coping with everyday life.
- Completed training as a Health and Pediatric Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Nursing Specialist (m/f/d), including beginners and returnees.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
- Ability to work independently and conscientiously to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Above-average hourly wage: at least € 23/hr
- Permanent employment contract
- Flexible working hours: choose between full-time and part-time, with a maximum of 35 hours per week
- Active participation in the shift schedule
- Up to 30 days of vacation, which you can plan flexibly
