We invite you to become a part of our team at BAUER as an Administrative Coordinator in Commercial Management.
Role Overview:
- Manage timely receipt of payments and address delivery interruptions.
- Conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits.
- Address outstanding payments and reconcile accounts.
- Oversee debtor management and ensure accuracy of foreign VAT identification.
- Administer trade credit insurance processes.
- Prepare weekly reports and assist with annual financial statements, tax compliance, and audits.
- Support or lead various optimization initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with relevant experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
- A collaborative team player with a dependable and solution-focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills, strong commitment, and ability to work independently.
- Competent in English, both written and spoken.
