We invite you to become a part of our team at BAUER as an Administrative Coordinator in Commercial Management.

Role Overview:

  • Manage timely receipt of payments and address delivery interruptions.
  • Conduct credit assessments and establish credit limits.
  • Address outstanding payments and reconcile accounts.
  • Oversee debtor management and ensure accuracy of foreign VAT identification.
  • Administer trade credit insurance processes.
  • Prepare weekly reports and assist with annual financial statements, tax compliance, and audits.
  • Support or lead various optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
  • A collaborative team player with a dependable and solution-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong commitment, and ability to work independently.
  • Competent in English, both written and spoken.
