About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director of Global Supply Chain Planning to join our team at Sonova. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global supply chain strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global supply chain strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive supply chain excellence and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and optimize global supply chain networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and opportunities
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting
  • Lead strategic projects to improve supply chain processes and systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners to ensure a steady flow of supplies
  • Anticipate and implement changes to supply chain operations to continuously improve the organization

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role in a large corporation
  • Strong understanding of operations excellence, supply chain network optimization, sales inventory, operational planning, and product management
  • Experience in lean operating systems, manufacturing optimizations, and ERP systems
  • Proven record of accomplishment in value chain with demonstrated ability to articulate a future vision business plan and profitability while meeting and/or exceeding corporate goals
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and navigation skills within a matrix organization
